    • Return Window: You have 30 calendar days from the date of delivery to request and postmark a return.

    • Item Condition: To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unworn, in the same condition as received, and in its original product packaging with all tags intact.

    • Custom & Bespoke Orders: Personalized accessories, custom hand-set rhinestone orders, and opened DIY embellishment kits are non-returnable unless they arrive damaged or with a verified manufacturing defect.

    Refunds & Inspection

    • Quality Inspection: Once your returned item arrives at our facility, our studio team will inspect it and notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.
